UMA x Ableton W3rkshop

The Underground Music Academy, in collaboration with Ableton, brings you Granular Sound Design with Ableton Live 12. This session explores music production and performance through Ableton Live 12.3.7, Push, and Move, and is designed as a hands-on creative playground for music makers of all levels.

Participants will move through an interactive environment where they can explore different Ableton tools and workflows. We will cover an introduction to the latest version of Ableton Live 12.3.7, including core production concepts, and sound design with focus on instruments such as Granulator III, alongside a guided exploration of Ableton Move as an entry point for immediate music creation without technical barriers.

Participants will also have access to Push 3 as a performance and production interface, and will experience how Ableton functions as both a production and performance ecosystem. The session emphasizes experimentation, sound discovery, and creative intuition over technical mastery, while still providing foundational context for how the tools connect within a professional workflow.

The W3rkshop is open to beginners through intermediate learners. No prior experience is required, but participants should come prepared to actively engage with sound and explore.
